1. Return Policy for Products
We accept returns for physical products under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligible Items: Returns are accepted only for unused, unopened, and undamaged organic, herbal, or homoeopathic products.
- Non-Returnable: Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned.
To request a return, email us at info@liveshifa.com with your order number, reason for return, and product details.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or delivered in error.
2. Refund Policy for Products
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Online Consultation and Doctor’s Fee
Our consultations are conducted by qualified homoeopathic and holistic treatment experts.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Missed appointments may be rescheduled once if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations without prior notice.
